We prefer Zoom because it seems to handle weak internet connects better than Skype. Using Zoom is very similar to using Skype. For more details, please go to the Zoom Help pages.

You have now associated your Waikato username with a Zoom host licence.This guide is meant to introduce you to Zoom and how to use it.
